      Can be little overbearing from upper management Chooses to focus on small problems rather than appreciate great victories

      Pros

      Not the best pay but this is an ESOP company so if you can afford the low pay the payout in the end is very good. The people are great both in the office and in the warehouse.

      Cons

      Corporate office is in the same building and there is a lot of rules that have to be followed.
