      Pros

      - Despite working remotely, I still feel part of a team. - Very supportive Line Manager. - Flexibility. - Training and development for career progression. - Higher management are keen to keep all staff in the loop.

      Cons

      I only have one con and it's more of an annoyance than a con. Having to use multiple software to connect (Slack, Teams, Zoom) and the Centrik / TF email and calendar sync issues.

      Pros

      Impactful work: the tasks are engaging and I'm able to work with products that significantly contribute to the industry. Open collaboration: approachable colleagues, fostering effective communication and teamwork. Performance-driven culture: culture that embraces change, encouraging everyone within the company to explore new ways of improving work processes.

      Cons

      Occasionally difficult to communicate cross-time zone, however people are generally very understanding of this.
