      Pros

      The team is diverse and supportive, everyone is really passionate about what they do and is always helping out each other. Learned a lot during my time there and really appreciate how TurtleTree has prepared me for future jobs and careers.

      Cons

      The startup pace could be fast and everchanging. Be prepared to work at early or late hours to accommodate a global timezone.

      1. Broad scope of responsibilities 2. May have some Influence on strategic decision-making under the guidance & supervision CFO. 3. Fast-paced and dynamic environment 4. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams It has been a rewarding and fulfilling experience.

      Cons

      None that I have as we are still in a start up stage and everything is a trial and error
