      Pros

      Great Culture, everyone was so welcoming when I started, both in the marketing team and across the business. The events are fantastic and meaningful in the HR industry. Advantages of remote first, I love having the flexibility to choose when I go into the office.

      Cons

      Could be more done to bring people together for team bonding and company days.

      Pros

      -Great team: muck in culture. Everyone is very supportive and welcoming -The business and management always look for new ideas and encourages input for how to make positive change in the company. Incredibly supporting CEO and MD. -opportunity to be exposed to new challenges that I might not face in traditional job role. -Prepare to work hard but be rewarded for this. Management always full of praise, help with SMART targets, constructive feedback when requested and infinite room for growth. -I am proud to be a part of a forward thinking and dynamic company that is making a real difference in the HR tech space.

      Cons

      -can be busy with last minute changes, but that is the nature of the events business.

      - Flexible working, allowing you to work from home or anywhere in the world. - Travel perks (e.g. Paris and Vegas!) and encouraged to attend events. - Learning and development opportunities. - Access to the latest equipment. - Really lovely and friendly team. - Great progression opportunities. - Happy and welcoming company culture. - Great pay!
