Everyone really wants the company to succeed so very collaborative environment. Strengths and breadth of the product mean there are so many opportunities to work on various initiatives and growth opportunities.

Cons

- Internal communication needs improvement from Product down - Some teams have a 'its not my job' mentality which makes client satisfaction difficult - Technical support is hit and miss
