      Pros

      - Open to ideas from anyone in the business - Teams are great, some very talented people - Supportive Management - Very inclusive with a significant focus on DEI initiatives - Great office spaces with plenty of events and freebies

      Cons

      - Projects can be complex and require learning to understand - Working toward profitability this year so the hiring velocity has slowed - Leaving the 'Start-up' mentality so there are some growing pains in creating new processes

      Pros

      The people make this place. Smart, focused, and genuinely good at what they do - without losing the human side. The office atmosphere is one of the better ones you'll find in Prague

      Cons

      Micromanagement is real and the lack of trust in people to do their jobs shows. HR is visibly trying to push the culture forward, but leadership hasn't caught up - and that gap is hard to ignore.
