      One of the few companies where I’ve seen genuine internal promotions based on performance. Employees are given responsibilities early, which helps in learning and confidence-building. The culture is collaborative, and there’s exposure to different industries and tools. Work-life balance is improving with policies like monthly WFH options.

      Because the company is growing, processes are still evolving in some departments.

Theres a lot of learning if you actually put in the effort, especially with the kind of work and clients you get exposure to.
