Pros
We have flexible entrance and leaving hours, time bank, 2 days of home office per week if we want, 3 more days of vacations than the minimum vacation days in our country, a really friendly and good environment where it is easy to make friends for life and a good career perspective. Our job also entails a great sense of responsibility so we feel that what we are doing is always of great importance, no matter the job title we have.
Cons
The food allowance could be higher and we could have more flexibility when taking vacations in the summer, however I know that this is hard since the job can never not be done and there are too many people and teams to coordinate for this to be possible. Also, the workload can also be a little bit high sometimes but we have bank hours for that, so this is barely a con
