      Pros

      The employees all work hard as they believe in the mission. But the company has such a prestige that it makes working there a privilege. No one matches the content Vault offers, making it a solution trusted by all sort of job seeekrs.

      Cons

      They decided to go fully remote after Covid. While the work life balance remote work provides is great, it’s tough to build relationships as you once could when required to come to the headquarters.
