Pros
Own office, not micro managed left alone to get your job done, pretty good work life balance.
Cons
Medical benefits are awful, no team work, not enough people to cover all duties, so others are left with more than others, not open to change even though they say they are, a lot of that is not my job mentality, horrible vacation time, no sick time for some, terrible training, no growth opportunities.
