      - this company takes safety and teamwork seriously - the shop is well-organized, clean, and everyone looks out for each other - perfect for those who like working with their hands and learning new skills - management is always clear about what’s expected - everyone knows their job and moves in the same direction

      Good tools, focus on safety

      Pros

      The training covers the essentials, and the equipment is up to date. It's hands-on work, and while there may be very busy days, it never gets overwhelming. Team members take safety seriously and constantly share tips on staying out of harm's way. Management checks in regularly so you can bring any questions or issues to its attention without delay.

      Cons

      Site rotations sometimes disrupt routine.
