      Great company that focuses on their employees. They keep expanding on benefits they offer. Overall a great place to work.

      Pros

      This is a really exciting time to be part of Watson Fuels as we find our way following the recent carve out. Exec team are highly visible, approachable and collaborative in how they operate. Lots of ideas and plans for the future.

      Cons

      Lots to sort out and still a little bit clunky following the separation from World Kinect, but its all going in the right direction. Great to have ownership and autonomy as we move forward. Salaries & benefits need reviewing.

      Pros

      I have worked for this company for the last 2 years and they really look after their employees. The progression routes in the business are very good and management are very supportive no matter what level they are at. I love working with Watson fuels, coming to work everyday is enjoyable.
