Pros
Small family like company. Everyone hear is very friendly and easy to work with. Easy to get time off for vacation and PTO. The working environment is great-lots of free lunches!
Cons
Sometimes you have to go business trips. But, that is only for sales.

Pros
The biggest advantage of Weldex is its steep growth. Even though it is not easy to expand the business every year, they make a lot of efforts to catch up with it. It's one of the few automotive industries in the world, so there's a lot to learn. We are also proud to supply high-quality products such as LED lighting because we are also investing a lot in researching vehicle parts.
Cons
I can learn as much as I do because I work for a short period like other internships. There's nothing you can learn on your own by sitting still.
