      Pros

      Supportive and knowledgeable team with great management that trusts employees, no micromanagement. Collaborative and positive work environment with coworkers who are always willing to help. Plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and grow professionally. A great place to develop both technical and soft skills while working on meaningful projects.

      Cons

      The 401(k) match is a bit on the lower side (4%), and there are currently no profit-sharing or bonus programs.

      As a new employee it has been a pleasure to be part of such an amazing company. Everyone is friendly, helpful and welcoming.

      Cons

      The office is a little disorganized, but can easily be fixed.
