Excellent Product and leadership that understands product/market fit Opportunities for advancement and to be part of brand new teams Really smart coworkers The opportunity to gain an education on data and Martech Working for a disruptive company in a space that is ripe for disruption.

Cons

If startups were easy, everyone would start one. If you're looking for a clock in/clock out job, this isn't the right fit.

Pros

The in-person interview process really allowed for a better connection than a standard video call. Once I started, I found the internal documentation to be top-tier, making the onboarding process seamless. My coworkers are genuinely supportive and there is a strong sense of camaraderie.

Cons

The environment is very fast-paced and requires being in the office 5 days a week. While I personally find this energizing and better for my workflow, it may be a dealbreaker for those looking for a slower pace or remote flexibility.
