      Pros

      Variety of customers with different backgrounds that had great stories. Developed relationships with airport regulars that are friendly and understanding. Charter, training, and transient flights always vary in frequency which keeps you on your toes. Discounts on flight school rentals for both full and part time staff. Flexible scheduling. Upper management cares about your well being and are very friendly.

      Cons

      Pressure of completing tasks with a short term notice occasionally.
