I only worked for the law firm for a brief time but I enjoyed the people who work there. Everyone was treated courteously and it was enjoyable to go into work every day.
Cons
My only con is that my office didn't have an outdoor window.
The culture and management of the firm are top notch! It's a very relaxed and collaborative atmosphere which is great. Excellent compensation and benefits package. Regular employee appreciation events. Can't say enough positive things about WRG!
