You will get much chance to learn from this company because i have been working for last 7 years in this company and i have seen many peoples who had started their career from this company and now they are in abroad.

Cons

For me nothing because i mean if the person is competent then you will be on top every where and if not competent then u will always have issue. I have seen that many time many peoples come and ask for high salary and show them self an experience hold but they in few days they show their dumpness. I have seen many comment with fake name. These guys don't have even guts to put their name. Also from this company many of peoples have open their own company and they stolen then client from here. I can reveal their name but i don't want to play with anyone's career.

I started working with this company in June, 2018 and from there I never looked back. I joined Xantetech when I had no knowledge about SEO factors, in fact the whole thing was quite new to me. Still, I was given the opportunity to learn and prove my potential and the management are very helpfull.

Cons

All Saturday should be off for better employee satisfaction. Still I am happy to have 2 Saturday Off. So No Complaints.
