      Pros

      I truly love ZE’s core value of supporting each other—it’s something you feel every day. The management team, in particular, stands out. Even with their incredibly busy schedules, they’re always willing to help, encourage, and check in on us. They’re so friendly and genuinely care about each individual. I really appreciate the opportunity to learn from such inspiring leaders.

      Cons

      The hybrid work style is great, but it can be easy to lose track of time—I sometimes have to remind myself to actually take a lunch break!
