Pros
The environment at work is so very positive. I really enjoy coming to work every day. I feel like ZipEd hires people who are not only talented and qualified, but also a good personal fit for the team. Everyone is very warm, friendly, and helpful. It has the stability of dedicated clientele but with the enthusiasm of a brand new startup - I love it. If you get the opportunity, come work with us! Exciting things are happening.
Cons
Compensation seems on the low end of average for the job titles, but I love coming to work so much that I don't mind that. As the company grows, I hope/expect that this will change.

I have been employed with ZipEdTech since Aug 2014 and so far my experience has been really great. I love the environment and energy of the other employees and the help you get all the time. Benefits and time off are great. I am looking forward to serve this company in future as well.
Cons
Haven't seen or came across any cons here. Everything is perfect..
