The work I do is fulfilling because it helps patients in a tangential way. Getting the message of nurses across the world, disseminating best practices in hospitals, clinics and facilities make me feel like I am helping the greater good. Management is very empowering in my role. I have a real voice in the direction of the company. I set the objectives for my department within our overall vision and I'm held accountable to complete my goals. This style of management works very well with the way I work. My coworkers are awesome. They are fun to work with and I've learned a lot from each one of them. Everyone brings a unique set of skills from both the healthcare and digital media side of the job. The best part of the job is that the entire group is passionate about helping the nursing community.
