Clear, valuable and informative recruitment process with plenty of opportunities to get the know the team, role and expectations.

Cons

Some interviews look lengthy on paper, but they provided time to ask questions, get into the detail and really understand the role and the organisation.

- Competitive salaries - Good work-life balance - Dedicated teams - Good opportunities and support for development - Pretty good benefits - Paid travel and accommodation for work events - Capable teams all around, they seem to attract good talent - As a LGBTQ+ person I’ve felt very welcomed in that regard

Cons

Not many, never had any major issues with anyone. Perhaps that in the support team things can be very high-pace and mentally exhausting. But this is also part of the job of being in a big companies support team. Especially when the support team is striving for a very high standard as it does at Dotdigital.
