      Pros

      Steady schedule, daylight hours, laid-back environment, co-workers are friendly, and pay bonuses for hitting target goals. Has been a great experience and I don't mind coming to work every day.

      Flexible company to help with work life balance, casual environment, green company, founded on a necessary service to society. At e-Cycle we are helping protect the environment and providing a much needed service to the world.

      Cons

      Communication has proven to be difficult as the company has grown at a very fast pace. In addition, due to the rapid growth, workload expectations are sometimes unrealistic.
