      Pros

      The management team is flexible and has helped me develop my Excel and Office skills. This was my first foray into internet retail and I left with a better grasp on my abilities in the data input field. It literally felt like a family when I worked there.

      Cons

      It would be nice if the company payed for certain positions to go out and get certifications and schooling.
