      A great friendly team, everyone is on the same page working towards a common goal.

      Cons

      As with most organisations there are areas for improvement, however exp UK is already a great place to be and we can only get even better!

      Fantastic Company - Great Culture - Earning Potential

      Pros

      If you have drive, and experience and want to be your own boss with your name above the door - you couldn't pick a better company to partner with. You also have 'skin in the game' with Rev Share and the Share Scheme. Low overheads. A supportive culture and no micro-managing. I like my own freedom but if I need help it's there. Money - I have earned more than I ever imagined :)

      Cons

      Not really anything negative, however, running your agency isn't for the faint-hearted! Work-life balance can be a juggling act.
