Pros
Some students are lovely. And teaching online can generally be enjoyable it’s just that poor management can override all of that.
Cons
They hire every day for a reason, they lack transparency and sell you dreams during the interview. There’s only one manager for South Africans, she is incompetent and dismissive of staff, asks you to confirm your one day of (as you have to give them 6 days a week) but she changes it and gives you a different day off. Salaries are always late and you don’t get paid fully for the hours worked. They deduct 4 times the hourly rate. On top of the 70 or 80% they already take from your salary. If you query the unexplained deductions you get booted. Unreliable company
