      Pros

      eshots is a great company to work for, the people are very knowledgeable and will help you learn and grow in your career. Managers and upper management have an "open door" policy, if you ever have something on your mind there are countless people that will help you and listen. It's a collaborative and positive working environment where people feel valued and appreciated. Also get exposure to fun clients and events - in the 2 years I've worked here no 2 projects are exactly the same - which keeping things interesting!

      Pros

      Very collaborative culture. When there is a goal or a problem to solve, people come together instead of bickering or complaining, it's like a healthy family. Everyone is respectful, toxic behavior is nipped in the bud quickly and the company has become very careful about hiring good people that fit into the humble and helpful culture. The new tech team and their leadership is really good and have been able to retain developers by challenging and listening to their team, and introducing the latest technology. Free soda, snacks, and generous 401K matching

      Business has been good, so that means there can be a whole lot to do while the company tries to staff up
