Pros

Best place for freshers to learn. The exposure is vast and the management is really cooperative, especially for girls. At a young age, the capability to handle pressure would be learnt. And the company is grown to great extents now.

Cons

Nothing as cons. It might be a little pressurized for ppl who can't handle it.
