I worked here for 2 years (2017-19). Frankly Speaking, I joined IBC when i was dumb sitting without any hope of seeing myself in IT sector. IBC gave me an Opportunity to rebuild my confidence. This place trains you mentally to work on various aspects in IT sector. I saw them providing accommodation facilities for employees (None mentioned it in their reviews) they even pay half of the rents. The working Environment is Actually good for a start-up as i been to several startups before IBC. If you are a fresher trust me you will learn a lot. And if you are having any intention of becoming a entrepreneur observe the management closely because this will learn you more about how to run a business irrespective of the field. The company themselves provide Loans to employees. The working hours are so flexible, there are times where i reached office at noon and even left earlier. Zero work politics. Your references for friends & relatives are Valued. The Longer you stay the deeper your knowledge(even people who were not happy at ibc felt this after they moved to another firm) PRO level guaranteed.
Cons
Major Cons are the Location of the company. Though its in a hot spot it will take some allowance to reach. The pay here is not high (This won't be a concern if you are financially stable or if you thrive to learn). The work culture is not like a MNC(don't expect much).They offer what they can. Never expect from anyone even from your workplace. Hikes are periodic and limited.
