Pros
Excellent surrounding, very positive, good mentors, great colleagues and lost of good vibes. Honestly, best possible workplace in this part of europe.
Cons
Honestly, none. At this stage I don't see any real cons. This is maybe not the best solution for people who prefer routine and safety.

young people, new perspective on the work atmosphere, like a family, transparent bonus system, motivation on the performance, happines of the employees is always the most important thing, doing cool things regarding marketing and IT on a global level, always looking at the opportunities and creating ones in order to achieve more
Cons
can be stressful because this is after all an agency
