Great company and staff to work with. My manager Beth Dreksler was highly competent, well organized, outgoing, and an excellent communicator to her staff. She always has a positive attitude that makes her a pleasure to work with. She is definitely a leader with a transformational management style who believes in change and growth for her staff and organization. I would highly recommend this company as it was a great work environment.

Working at interviewstream has been nothing short of a great work experience so far. This job has provided so many opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The small "start up" atmosphere has given me the chance to really explore small snippets of different career paths and expand my skillset. However, I would say that the best part of working here is the management team. They encourage employees to come to them with any concerns or issues they are having and they truly mean that. I have never felt uncomfortable talking to anyone on the upper management team as they are all genuinely nice/understanding people. They also put a high value on work-life balance and have even checked in with me when they noticed I had not taken a day off in a while.
