Pros

-From day one, I’ve received incredible support from my team and colleagues across the company. -Management are genuinely kind, caring, and approachable — they truly look out for their people. -Expectations are clear, fair, and achievable, creating a healthy and motivating work environment. -The company promotes an excellent work–life balance and places strong trust in employees to manage their time. -There’s no sense of micromanagement — you’re trusted to do your job and deliver results in your own way. -Having come from a company I was with for over 10 years, I was initially concerned about stability, but nShift feels solid and future-focused, with encouraging plans ahead. -Employee voices are genuinely heard and valued — feedback is welcomed and often acted upon. -Long-term employees are open and inclusive, valuing the fresh perspectives new joiners bring rather than seeing them as “new.” -As a smaller team compared to my previous employer, there’s a stronger sense of belonging and connection here.

Pros

Joining nShift has been a wonderful experience. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed—lunch with new colleagues and friendly introductions made settling in easy. The culture is incredibly approachable; people are happy to help and open to sharing ideas, which makes collaboration feel natural. This is my first time working with a primarily Nordic company, and it’s been fascinating learning about the different cultures—Swedish Fika is a personal favourite! What stands out most is the openness and transparency. People are comfortable sharing what’s working and what could be improved, and that honesty is refreshing. Work-life balance is truly respected here. Meetings end on time, time zones are considered, and I don’t receive emails or IMs at all hours, which helps maintain focus and wellbeing. If I had one suggestion, it would be to be more vocal about how good our products actually are—we’re a leader in the industry, and we should celebrate that more! If you're looking for a company with strong values and big potential I’d absolutely recommend nShift.

Cons

The London office is based in a WeWork and although it's convenient it feels a bit impersonal.
