Pros
No raise - enjoy earning the same money which you got hired for 5 years ago. Work Increased - Good chance to learn more while earning below market level.
Cons
Recently, almost 200 desk employees out of 250 were suddenly fired, from top level to bottom level. From employees who have been since start to recent hire. And the reason was restructuring/organisational issue. And i have seen people getting fired here and there almost every 6 months since last 2 years (Since, I was part of them.)
