Pros

You will feel very important at tipsntrends from the onset with your own office and many promises. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a wide range of options. The CEO has lofty goals which can be exciting at times.

Cons

Though being around for over 10 years, there seems to have been little to no growth. The pay is far less than industry standards and the CEO is very difficult to work with as there seems to be a fear of actual progression. While there is potential, placing ads for a tube-top next to lubricant in a magazine for the wealthy over-50 isn't best practices and voicing such will not be received well.

Pros

tipsntrends has been an amazing company to work for. There is a great sense of teamwork and tremendous room for growth within the company. The goals of the CEO to expand an already successful brand are exciting and promising. It's a very collaborative environment but also allows you to work freely on your own without interruption. If goals are met you will see the rewards. Hard work is recognized with time off and bonuses. There's a true sense of pride in the work that is done at tipsntrends and the clients appreciate and acknowledge that. Overall, it's been a really great place to work!

Cons

I wish we had all Federal Holidays off.
