Commodities Associate Programme salaries in United Kingdom

I need some career advice.. 30 Y.O male deciding where to take my career. I’ve previously worked at Deloitte, cap one and smaller credit unions / banks. I have two offers on hand one with Visa consulting and analytics as Manager 2 days in the office and the other is Sr. Financial analyst in a bank fully remote. Pay is about similar but the remote job pays 5-10K more salary wise. Which job would be the better long term career move? I can see VISA for fast growth and bank for life balance

Hello, does anyone have experience with the background check process at Amex? I’m feeling anxious and wondering how long it usually takes. My previous title was Credit Risk Analyst Officer, but on my CV and HireRight I shortened it to Credit Risk Officer because the original title was quite long. I’m worried this may be seen as a discrepancy and affect my offer. I completed the HireRight forms on Monday and have already been asked to resign. Any similar experiences or advice?
