Process Development Associate salaries in United Kingdom

Hey guys question! I have been through 6 interviews for a development associate and of course I think I might be offered the position, but I’m just a little skeptical . I’ve been at my job for about 2 years and it’s okay, it’s on site & I won’t grow in this role. this new position is hybrid 3x home 2 onsite. It’s closer to me, it is a change of career and I’m excited but the interview I was told it was a hectic job and if wear a lot of hats for the same pay I get now… should I take it

Moved to Canada 4 months ago with 7+ yrs Capital Markets BA experience (equities, derivatives, OMS/RMS, trade lifecycle, market data). I’ve reached final interview rounds with banks/consulting firms, but keep hearing I lack “Canadian experience” or need to hit the ground running. Stuck in a catch-22: need Canadian experience to get job, need job to get experience. What helped you break in ? CSC cert, contract roles, networking, or target firms?

How are other families balancing the logistics of summer and work? It feels like all the kids have 10,000 camps and activities and drop off and pick up alone takes multiple hours. Do you take time off? Flex your work schedule?
