As a handyman you will respond to service calls in a timely fashion and demonstrate courteous and professional attitude dealing with the public. You will troubleshoot, repair and/or escalate issues as appropriate. You will be expected to safely operate and maintain equipment within OSHA guidelines. You will be expected to maintain an accurate service tracker and develop a service maintenance plan for customers.
You will be expected to use a personal vehicle and maintain insurance coverage. Any necessary equipment and tools will be provided. You need to possess and maintain appropriate state licensure and have working knowledge of codes for working in a residential setting. You must be willing to undergo a background check.
