From our legendary Full Irish Breakfasts and authentic Sunday Roasts to our signature Irish Pizzas, our kitchen is the heartbeat of the house.

We are looking for passionate, high-energy chefs to join our kitchen team. If you thrive when the music is loud, the orders are flying, and the quality is non-negotiable, we want to hear from you.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Chef (senior CDP upwards) who can handle the heat of a fast-paced environment. While you’ll be part of a versatile team, we are specifically looking for a Pizza Powerhouse to take ownership of our signature dough section.

What We’re Looking For

  • The Pizza Pro: You don’t just "make" pizzas—you craft them. You have experience hand-throwing fresh dough and a keen eye for detail. You’ll own the section, ensuring every pizza that hits the table meets our high specs while remaining open to learning new techniques.
  • A Hands-on Team Player: You thrive in high-energy environments. When the venue is at its 500-person capacity, you stay cool, move fast, and support your teammates.
  • Quality Obsessed: Whether it’s a garnish on a roast or the stretch of the dough, you take pride in using fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver excellence every time.
  • Organized & Efficient: You know that a clean, well-oiled kitchen is a happy one. You’ll keep your station sharp and the service running smoothly.
  • The Essentials: Ideally, you hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification and have solid experience in a professional kitchen.
