REPORT Activity Centre Manager - Roadford
Purpose:
Role
· To take a leading role in the delivery of water and land-based recreation activities.
· Lead and supervise members of staff in different tasks such as: Safety cover, and tuition in a range of activities including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and canoeing.
· To supervise the camping operations.
· To assist in the development of all site activities.
· Be responsible for maintaining all watercraft and equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and monitoring is undertaken and recorded.
· Work closely with the Activity Centre Manager to ensure appropriate risk assessments and operating procedures are in place and regularly reviewed, and that agreed procedures and processes are being followed and monitored.
· Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Trust.
