CNC MILLERS – SETTING & OPERATING

DLI Engineering is looking to recruit two experienced CNC Millers to join their Team of Precision Engineers in Trimdon, Co Durham who manufacture parts for the Oil, Gas & Aerospace Industries. We are investing in New Machinery and have a new Management Team overseeing the Shop Floor

As part of a successful team this role requires the candidate to have experience of:

• Setting Mazak or Haas machines for one off components using Mazatrol or ISO programming
• The ability to machine a variety of exotic materials including Inconel, Super Duplex, Titanium etc.
• Experience machining medium to large components supplied to the Oil, Gas and Aerospace Industry Standards

It is essential that the applicant have experience of:

• Using Fanuc or Mazatrol high precision controls
• Machining to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpret engineering drawings
• Time served Engineer

As most of the work is bespoke and a high percentage one offs and small batch runs, this is an interesting and varied position working working on the Day Shift or Night Shift. This position requires a strong Team Player who will share knowledge and experience.

The Night Shift runs Monday to Thursday with an opportunity of overtime as required.
