The Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced and high performing experienced Waste sales agent to join our team.

This is a desk based role, from our Head Office in Peterlee.

Responsibilities include identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities within the waste management sector, while maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying cross sell opportunities for our other core services.


Responsibilities Include

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Cross selling multiple utilities and additional Everflowproducts
  • Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers
  • Dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
  • Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
  • Prepare and deliver quotations. Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Listening to the customers’ needs & Objection handling
  • Managing and prioritising workload daily to ensure high levels of effective productivity
  • Any other duties reasonable expected of you within your role

  • Waste industry or other utility industry knowledge (Essential)
  • Strong and proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The confidence and work ethic to talk with lots of business owners every day
  • The enthusiasm to overcome challenges and talk about Everflow with passion and pride
  • Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people
  • The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets
  • Working to a high standard with good timekeeping
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • The ability to cope well under pressure

Base pay range

The minimum salary is £27k and the max salary is £30k.
