A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced hygiene operative to join our award winning client in Loanhead.

Hours of work are 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS!

Main job responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled daily cleaning tasks.
• Varied Job Role: - General cleaning of Production areas. Sweeping, mopping, washing racks and trays, Handling Waste, Yard, and external groundwork (litter picking, etc).
• Deep cleaning of machinery and equipment, strip down and re assembly. Training will be provided.
• Be able to use hygiene equipment required to carry out job role (Hot Hose, Floor Scrubber, Pressure Washer, Vacuum Cleaners, etc) Training will be provided.
• Able to follow instruction.
• Ensure all areas detailed by cleaning schedules are completed correctly, on time and to company standards.

In order to be considered for this role you must have or be:

• Awareness of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations and the safe use of chemicals. (Preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided)
• Team Player. Assist colleagues and other departments cross functionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and be able to use own initiative.
• Can do attitude.
• Responsible.
• Take a pride in the working environment and provide a high standard of work.
• Be available for immediate start
