Job Title: Labourer (Temp to Perm – Career Progression Opportunity)

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, with clear opportunities for progression into a full-time role.

Role Overview (Temporary Period):
You will begin by assisting delivery drivers with unloading goods at various locations. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, teamwork, and a good level of physical fitness.

Key Responsibilities (Initial Role):

• Assisting drivers with unloading deliveries
• Ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently
• Supporting general logistics and site duties as required

Progression to Full-Time Role:
After a successful temporary period (typically a few weeks), you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent position with the client. The role will evolve at this stage, with increased responsibility and the potential to be provided with your own company van. Full details of the permanent position, duties, and salary will be discussed directly between the client and the successful candidate.

Requirements:

• Clean Driving License
• CSCS
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
