Experienced Landscaper Required – Winchester (SO23)

Location: Winchester, SO23

Rate: £21 an hour (Depending on Experience)

CPR Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and hardworking Landscaper for a project based in the Winchester SO23 area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team working on high-quality landscaping and outdoor construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping.
• Laying patios, paving, pathways, and driveways.
• Installing fencing, decking, edging, and retaining features.
• Turfing, planting, and general garden construction works.
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Reading and following site plans and instructions.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping techniques.
• Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Full PPE.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work from drawings and follow site specifications.
• CSCS card preferred but not essential depending on experience.
