Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands‑on, proactive Maintenance Technician who enjoys working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for someone who can help keep our site running safely and efficiently.


About You:

You’ll be experienced in general maintenance and repairs, confident working across building fabric, equipment checks, and everyday site issues. You take pride in keeping a warehouse environment safe, organised, and fully operational, with a practical mindset and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete planned maintenance and carry out safe, timely repairs across the warehouse.
  • Respond quickly to maintenance issues, diagnosing faults and resolving problems effectively.
  • Support the upkeep of building fabric, including doors, racking, minor plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
  • Carry out safety checks and ensure compliance with site standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and support contractor activity on site.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations teams, supporting small layout changes and improvement activities.


Skills & Experience:

  • Practical experience in maintenance or facilities work within a warehouse or industrial setting.
  • Adequate general repair skills (mechanical, electrical basics, building fabric).
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and communicate clearly.
  • Positive, reliable, and safety‑focused approach.

This is a full-time on-site position in our new site in Rugby.
