PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

• SPM or with 4 years experiences.
• Cert or Diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Sheet Metal or related position in Manufacturing

Skills & Knowledges

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills/knowledge
• Experience in production planning/scheduling using ERP System will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• To maintain 5S and safe working environment at production floor.
• To follow and carry out the instruction given by HOD/Management with full commitment.
• To manage the welfare of operator such as attendance record, leave arrangement, productivity, disciplinary and others need.
• To provide the commit/shipment date for the production order.
• To prepare the production planning/scheduling for the production order to meet the commit/shipment date and provide it to the related section leader/supervisor.
• To update the status of the production order in a daily production meeting.
• To make sure all the production order been run accordingly as per schedule, from 1st process until it enters the Finish Good Store (FGS), as per commit date.
• To immediately report to HOD for any problems that may cause a delay in processes and assist in providing for the alternative solution/improvement/recovery date.
• To report to HOD for any non-conformance product or process and immediately assist in issuing the Production Rejection Notice form with related PIC.
• ERP System - To make sure all the production order in system been closed (complete) in time, to prevent aging production order.
• ERP System - To make sure all the production order quantity is tally, and the material picking activity been done, before close the production order in system.
• To communicate with others section leader/ supervisor regarding quality / production / improvement, and work effectively as a team.
• Involve in the inventory and stock count activity.
• Involve in the internal / external audit activity.
• Involve in the internal meeting / discussion regarding production part.
• Assist HOD in providing guide/ training for new join operator.
• To adhere to company rules and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
