Professional Security is recruiting SIA Door Supervisors to support busy pubs, bars, beer gardens and hospitality venues across London during the World Cup this summer.

We work with major hospitality venues and national pub groups across the UK, with extra shifts available throughout the tournament period from 11 June – 19 July.

With packed venues, increased footfall and busy matchdays expected across the capital, this is a great opportunity to pick up extra shifts throughout the summer.

Opportunities are available across:

Central London
Croydon
Wembley
Watford
Ascot

Door Supervisor Jobs in London

Professional Security supports pubs, bars, nightlife venues and hospitality operators across London and surrounding areas during busy trading periods, live sporting events and high-footfall weekends.

These roles are ideal for experienced Door Supervisors looking for flexible summer shifts with ongoing opportunities beyond the tournament period.

About the Door Supervisor Role

As a Door Supervisor during the World Cup period, you’ll help venues create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers watching live matches.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing venue entrances and customer flow
  • Supporting busy matchday crowds
  • Working with venue teams during peak trading periods
  • Monitoring beer gardens, bar areas and event spaces
  • Checking IDs and supporting venue policies
  • Helping prevent issues before they escalate
  • Responding calmly and professionally to incidents
  • Completing reports where required

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Professional, confident and customer-focused approach
  • Experience in hospitality, nightlife, events or security
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliability and strong teamwork
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and matchday shifts
  • Ability to pass BS7858 security vetting
