TM Onsite, part of the Taskmaster Resourcing, is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client ID Logistics, for their brand-new distribution centre in Sittingbourne.

Your Role: Warehouse Operative

As a key member of the warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for accurate and efficient picking of goods at heights of up to 12 meters, operating a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) within a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking stock accurately from high-racking systems using VNA trucks Navigating and working in a safe manner and following all health and safety protocols General manual handling and other warehouse duties Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, we are looking for candidates with previous experience on any type of FLT Truck – Full training provided! Warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred Must be comfortable working at height and using emergency equipment Experience using HLOP or working in VNA environments is highly desirable Physically fit, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work one of the following Shifts:▪ 06:00 – 16:30 or 08:00 – 18:30

Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday

Own transport preferred due to limited public transport in the area
