I worked at Intuit as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

As a company, it take care of both customer and employees.
One of the great things in Intuit is the give you time to work on something you want besides your "Assigned" work

Cons

They might not have time to give feedbacks, one has to push his/her manager for feedbacks.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It should be made clear what do you expectations from your employee and try to give frequent feedbacks

Current Employee - Marketing Manager in Plano, TX (US)

I have been working at Intuit full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Only company I've worked for that really balances three stakeholders: Employees; Shareholders, and Customers. Also, senior leadership is amazing....Brad Smith is visionary and Scott Cook remains personally involved.

    Cons

Intuit can be slow, sometimes, for a technology company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay focused on making great products, and move as quickly as possible.

I worked at Intuit full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Cares about their employees, Soda Talks, Indoor gyms, Cafeterias, Wellness programs, Community outreach, CEO visits and company transparency. Clear cut and concise training programs for new employees as well as for old employees looking to brush up on their skills.

    Cons

Only reason I left was I couldn't stand being on the phone 7 hours a day and I wanted to return to school full time
