    Pros

    Good team members
    co-operative management up to certain level in hierarchy
    Do not stay at Oracle for a lengthy period you may end up with less salary in few years than your subordinates (new hire)

    Cons

    Salary is pathetic except the initial package
    Irrespective of promotions no increase in salary
    Shopping spree (acquiring companies through out my stay did not help any employee) many left in frustration - Absolutely slow decision making top management

    Pros

    1. Get to learn various enterprise technologies
    2. Organization structure and team balance is good.
    3. Various activities and clubs keep people engaged throughout the year.
    4.

    Cons

    1. Mediocre starting salary, nothing compared to what Google/Amazon/Microsoft provides right from the beginning.
    2. Employee tends to loose touch with basic concepts because of heavy use of frameworks and architecture.
    3. Over emphasis on processes to follow.
    4. Too big organization makes it difficult for an individual to shine individually.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. If its difficult for you to pay good amount, don't make faces when someone leaves the company with that reason.
